For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

We accept no responsibility for orders placed with incorrect address, or for the wrong size, colour, or style. Most of out items are made especially for you when you order, so we cannot accept returns or refunds. We only accept returns and refunds if the item is faulty, in which case we will replace the item immediately (this excludes the courier or postage costs). Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. You must email photographs of the faulty item and packaging, plus receipt showing your order number.

If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address and/or the item is returned to us we will refund the cost of the item(s) only. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
